Process

Steps before the wedding

Step.1Counseling: After we receive your inquiry details via the inquiry form, we will provide you with free bridal counseling
(generally one session).
Step.2Introducing the Plan and Estimated Budget: We will propose an original plan and general budget matching your wishes from counseling. Then based on this, we will ask about any changes or corrections you would like to make to the final plan.
Step.3Final Plan Proposal: We will prepare a final plan for you, including the schedule until the ceremony is held. Some options cannot be added after the contract has been agreed upon due to time constraints, so please check the details of this final plan carefully.
Step.4The Contract: We will ask you to submit an application after carefully checking the plan, contract fees, schedule and cautionary points.Once we have confirmed the contract details with you, we will send you an invoice for the application fee (¥100,000). We ask that you please pay this within 10 days. If you are renting wedding attire, etc., there may be other additional charges due in advance.We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.
Step.5Meeting to Discuss Dress Fittings and Meals, etc.: Your bridal planner will work closely together with you to prepare for hosting
the party, such as for the dress fitting and meal details.
Step.6Party Hosting: The day of your party has arrived. Please enjoy this time with your loved ones and guests.
Step.7Invoice and Delivery: We provide options such as a photo album or wedding video to customers who have requested these.
There may be remaining fees for options such as these after the contract has been created. In this case, we will send you an invoice and ask that you please pay these remaining charges. We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.

Frequently Asked Questions

About how much time do wedding photos usually take?: We plan for about four to f ive hours from makeup to completion of the photo shoot.
This may vary due to factors such as the location or number of dresses.
What happens if it rains during a planned outdoor photo session?: Several days prior to the photo shoot, we will make a decision based on the weather conditions and arrange for an alternative date if necessary.
If bad weather prevents the planned photo shoot, we can do an on-location photo shoot on an alternative day.
What do I need to prepare by the day of the photo shoot?: Please prepare the following items.
For Western style: (dress and tuxedo)
Bride: Undergarments with removeable shoulder straps or a bustier, stockings
that match your skin tone
Groom: White T-shirt, socks
For Japanese style:
Bride: hada-juban (special underwear for kimono), susuyoke (petticoat), tabi socks
Groom: T-shirt with a low-cut neckline, tabi socks

Can I take photos with my own camera during the photo shoot?: Yes, as long as this does not interfere with the photography.
Please take as many photographs as you like as memories to share with everyone.
